Assistant Professor of Arts Technology Rick Valentin and his partner created a life-size physical visualization of all the lint that they collected from their clothes dryer during the last year. The work thus consists of the actual lint, which was needle-felted onto a 26 foot (8m) long canvas banner as a sort of dot plot that references the metaphor of DNA analysis.
